An AP in every school

Every CPS school needs a full-time assistant principal, paid for by the district. APs help keep schools safe, coach teachers, and support families. Schools should not have to cut teaching jobs to pay for an AP. CPS management: return to the table and finish our CPAA contract. #CPAA #FairContractNow

Time to lead our schools

School leaders need clear job duties and a fair workload. CPS must cut repeat reports and needless meetings. We need time to visit classrooms, help teachers, and keep students safe. Our contract must define the eight-hour workday and work beyond it. CPS: return to talks and finish the contract. #CPAA #FairContractNow

Fair pay and respect

CPS principals and APs lead schools through hard days and urgent needs. Our pay must keep up with living costs and show respect for our work. I stand with CPAA. CPS management: stop the delays, return to the bargaining table, and finish a fair contract. #CPAA #FairContractNow
